THE JOURNEY

Bold Enough to Go Further

01 / AGENCY

4A · Dentsu · Isobar

We know how agencies operate, deliver, and manage a dozen clients at once.

02 / BRAND

L'Oréal · Dyson

Know how clients think, how budgets get approved, and how agency work gets judged.

03 / FIELD

Beauty Retail · Healthcare · IT

Hands-on founders who have run shops and ecom — we know where the real pain is.

Added to the mix: a team that has managed 12 agencies, trained 200+ Hong Kong marketers, and worn every hat in the book.

The best outcomes come from the right workflow, not more headcount.

When we founded DKH in 2022, we didn't wait for ready-made solutions. We built the team we actually needed: AI employees that require no training, scale without added overhead, and never hand in their notice. That team now comprises 100+ AI agents, working alongside 6 people to deliver the output of a much larger organisation.

After AI, the standard stays the same: do the work properly, then deliver it properly. Digital Know-How has meant exactly that from day one.

Founder · MD

I didn't wait for a solution. I built the team I needed.

From print, through 4A agencies, to in-house marketing for global brands across beauty, appliances, fashion and mobile. Managed 12 agencies, walked a local SME from zero to IPO, trained 200+ Hong Kong marketers. Tired of waiting for the right tools, built DKH and its AI workforce instead.

Fast, direct, no small talk. Halfway through your sentence, the question comes back: "So what is the next step?" Not impatience. Just no patience for meetings that end where they started.

An idea that cannot be built is not finished thinking.

4A trained, with global brands and local SMEs along the way. Years in B2C, then the move to B2B. Email marketing, from strategy to list to content, is the signature. That playbook now runs on AI workflows daily, freeing time for strategy.

Measured, thinks before speaking. Ask for an opinion and the questions come back at you, until you have half-answered it yourself.

AI Growth Manager

A beautiful demo counts for nothing. Numbers moving counts.

Engineering background, product marketing, then all-in on AI. Two years of more boardrooms than anyone can count, all doing one thing: building workflows, project management and dashboards that turn "we talk about AI" into "AI is doing the work daily." Numbers first, comfort later.

Flat, calm delivery; every claim arrives with a number attached. Say "AI is amazing" and the reply is: "How many hours did it save?"

Tech Lead

Give me five minutes with the principle; the rest of my time goes to solving it.

Ten countries of technical exchange, game tech fused with AI. Films, warehouses, property, construction, robotics, automotive, F&B: solutions built across all of them. Half-finished technical projects no one could land, big companies bring over to finish. Five minutes with anything new and the principle is clear; the rest of the time goes to solving it.

Would rather read the log than sit in a long meeting. Ten minutes of explanation; three sentences back with the answer.

CHRISTINE WONG

I did not wait for a solution.
I built the team I needed.
